Sample #1: eLearning Video
Walmart Grill Assembly, Produced for T-ROC
Role: Videographer, animator, photographer, scriptwriter, and editor
Programs: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, Media Encoder
For this particular eLearning, I was tasked with helping assemblers learn how to build grills for display on the store floor, more efficiently. The tasks was to convey the proper tools to have, proper trash collection, and general assembly tips. This video was then posted onto an internal company library where assemblers could easily access it while working.

The process for this project was quite fun! I consulted with my supervisors on the best camera equipment and lighting to use. I went to the respective store where I interviewed our assembler (SME) to find out his current methods of assembling and how we can incorporate these successful methods into an engaging video. Once I finished shooting the video, I continued using the ADDIE process to storyboarded how I wanted the context, animations, music, and voiceover to come together. I then edited the video, created the animations, and exported and uploaded the final product once it went through a review process with my team. We received direct feedback from learners about its effectiveness which helped result in Walmart adding additional stores to T-ROC's roster!
Sample #2: STORYLINE COURSE
Basics of Travel Safety, Mockup
Role: Scriptwriter, storyboarding, graphics
Programs: Articulate 360, Adobe Illustrator
For this learning experience, developed on Storyline 360, the goal was to guide learners on specific safety topics when traveling. This is a recreation of a similar course that I designed while at T-ROC. During the beginning phases, I partnered with the SME to get information on what learners are not properly implementing when traveling with the company. For this course, I utilizes the SAM approach and maintained communication with our SME throughout my design process. Because our learners were a younger demographic, I elected to incorporate gamification to keep retention.
